Helen & Tom

Helen was planning a colour scheme of cream and pale green, things changed when her husband-to-be's fabulous suit materialised. Made by a local tailor in brown and dark green check, I suggested adding in these shades in to the scheme. The December ceremony was due to be outdoors, but the British weather being what it is, I ensured we had a water-tight Plan B. Helen and Tom ended up tying the knot inside the marquee, and it was gorgeous - clusters of cream Amaryllis hung from the ceilings, creating the most enchanting atmosphere. Helen didn't want the usual floral centre pieces on the tables, so we went for glass vases with moss and cream candles, which gave a warm, romantic glow. As the night went on, guests ventured outside, lured by the promise of fun with sparklers, the lovely warmth of braziers, tasty rum hot chocolate and fabulous fireworks.
